Thank You for Supporting
Oswit Land Trust's 5th Anniversary Celebration

In 2020, we did more than save Oswit Canyon – we sparked a legacy of conservation across the Coachella Valley. Five years later, Oswit Land Trust is a leading voice for protecting land and wildlife, and it’s time to celebrate our success together!

We look forward to welcoming guests to this extraordinary evening of merriment with purpose, hosted by Brad Prescott, Aaron Leider and Michael Lewis among their exquisite vintage car collection in central Palm Springs. Enjoy food, drink, music, vintage cars and inspiring company of community leaders and conservation champions like you. Food by Chef Tanya (Chef Tanya’s Kitchen), Chef Shannon (Chef Shannon’s Way) and Chef Jesse Branstetter, and featuring wine by Orin Swift Cellars.

Your support ensures that Oswit Land Trust can continue to protect land, wildlife, and our shared future – one acre at a time.

A Five-Year Journey of Proven Impact

Your sponsorship is an investment in a trusted, award-winning organization with a proven track record of turning funds into permanently protected land. Your support will directly power our expanded mission of land acquisition, habitat restoration, and educational outreach.

Oswit Land Trust has made an enormous impact in only five years:

Habitat
Protection

Purchased and protected eight critical wildlife habitats that were at risk for development: Oswit Canyon, Prescott Preserve, Palm Hills, Mesquite Ridge, Santa Rosa Hills, Happy Valley, Rabbit Bush Trail, and Julie Lu Preserve.

Expanding Conservation Efforts

Currently in negotiation to purchase seven additional properties. Our Agricultural Conservation Easement Division acquires the development rights of quickly disappearing agricultural land in Southern California, and we have protected thousands of acres of farmland to date.

Community
Outreach

Our Education Department produced over 60 environmental events in our first two seasons, attended by over 3,000 community members.

Organizational
Growth

Oswit Land Trust has grown to ten staff and 200 active volunteers helping with our mission.
